Permanences

La Farga Infantil offers parents a permanence service during the whole school year from 08:00am to 09:00am and from 4:30pm to 6:30pm (Infantil) and 4:45pm to 6:30pm (Llar).

The monthly price for this service is

• 30 minutes: €25
• 60–90 minutes: €50
• Morning and Afternoon Package: €70
• Occasional Hour: €10

REGISTRATION HERE

We offer the school transportation service. To facilitate the organization of the school, it is important that those interested in this service register on the Web: http://transport.institucio.org/ indicating the route, the name of the child and the stops, before July 18.

COURSE START-UP MATERIAL

*During the month of July, a fee of €30 will be charged to cover educational materials and the library space.

LOST AND FOUND:

Lost and found items are kept at the school reception desk. We remind you of the need to mark all objects, toys and uniforms.

The uniform for Ll1, Ll2, I3, I4 and I5 consists of:

• Two-piece set for summer (shorts and short-sleeved polo shirt)
• Three-piece tracksuit for winter (sweatshirt, long-sleeved T-shirt and long pants)
• Optionally there is a backpack.

Ll0:
No uniform is required. We recommend that they wear comfortable pieces of clothing.

NOTE: All pieces of uniform, coats, backpacks and all school material must be marked with the full name and surname of student. In this way, in case they are lost, they are easily retrievable.

FOOD

- The school has a dining hall with its own kitchen, open from September to June, which can be used by all students enrolled at the school.

- You can check the daily menu on the school's website: Services/Dining Hall.

- In the event of temporary absence, the dining room fee will be charged from the sixth day of absence and must be communicated by email to [email protected].

- Payment will be made monthly and included in the school bill.

SPECIAL DIET

All students who regularly require a special diet must notify the section coordinator in writing with a medical certificate.

Exemption from participating in sports due to medical reasons must also be requested in writing. It is advisable to indicate the approximate duration.

In accordance with official regulations, this certificate must be updated each school year.

It is necessary to inform the secretary's office and the tutor if the student has any food allergy or intolerance, providing a medical report that allows the adaptation of the daily menus to the circumstance. If emergency medication is needed, you must bring it to the center with instructions for its use and replace it when it expires.

ALEXIA PLATFORM

You have at your disposal the parents' portal “Alexia”, an academic-administrative management platform, with a double purpose:

- On-line consultation of your children's report cards.

- On-line request for an interview with the preceptor.

We remind you that to access the Alexia platform you can do it through the web browser or through the Alexia Familia App available for Android and iOS.

In either case, the center code is: 7xsv.

CLASS PARENT REPRESENTATIVE

The Class Parent Representatives act as the representatives of all the parents in the class and serve as the link between families and the school. Their responsibilities include:

• Being familiar with the school's educational philosophy and values, and helping other parents understand them. They should also promote a positive and accurate image of the school to both their own children and other families.
• Encouraging, supporting, and helping to consolidate the activities organised by the school that involve family participation.
• Promoting opportunities for parents in the class to connect and build friendships, fostering the family atmosphere that supports the school's educational philosophy.
• Appropriately communicating parents' suggestions and initiatives to the school.
• Supporting the promotion of the school by providing accurate information about its educational approach and the goals it aims to achieve.
• Welcoming new families to the school community.
• Creating and managing the class families' group chat.
