La Castanyada is here! We love this tradition and we are celebrating it this week. Today we cooked the traditional panellets. We mixed mashed potatoes, sugar and nuts, we made little balls and put an almond at the top. It was so much fun!!! Then, in the afternoon, we had them as a snack. They were so yummy!
